Description

Produced following an old family recipe with a jealously guarded secret blend of various grapes. Produced for the first time in 2008, Capitano is a rare product available only through direct sale at the winery or on this website. Intense aromas of red fruits and tertiary aromas of pepper and leather that recall the terroir’s characteristics. Great structure on the palate, which makes Capitano ideal for red meat pairings.
